    When starting something new it is easy to be overwhelmed by the amount of new information and ideas that you are exposed to. And, as a new person involved in coaching it takes some bravery to lead activities and try out things you have never done before.

    There is an element of taking a step in to the unknown and with that things can go wrong, and, you can also find great success! It is okay to make mistakes, that is where some of the best learning experiences happen.

    So, since you have started supporting coaching activities, what have you had a go at in your environment? It could be trying to learn the names of the people taking part, trying a new game or even reflecting on your practice with the lead coach.
