Everyone coaches in a different way, and we all have different strengths and areas to develop. This is fantastic because a community of coaches who are all different makes for a memorable and exciting experience for people taking part in activity.

Sometimes we can get bogged down in the things we want to get better at and forget to celebrate what makes us great as a coach.

Think about the activities you support in your environment and what are you are really good at. Can you share an example of your coaching super strength and a time you bought this to life?
