    I was listening to the new Eddie Jones Coaching Podcast that England Rugby have launched.

    19 mins 28 seconds in Conor O'Shea (who is interviewing Eddie) recounts a story where he had a call from a friend who was coaching his sons Under 12's Gaelic Football team and he said to Conor that he "...wanted to do something different at training this year...what shall I do?"

    Conor's suggestion was for 1 year coach the kids to kick off their wrong foot and make sure they're not allowed to kick off their good one for the year. Do this and you'll give them a skill for life!

    So I pose Conor's question that he asked Eddie to you....

    How far out would you go in terms of skill development?
